Employment at St. Andrew's
Ministry Apprenticeship Pathway
St Andrew’s Ministry Apprenticeship Pathway is an opportunity for ministry-skilled and ministry-minded young adults to “seek first God’s Kingdom” (Mt 6:33) in a large church with a range of established and engaging ministries, where they will lay enduring foundations for gospel ministry. Through training, mentorship, and ministry experience, this twelve-month program helps emerging leaders grow in spiritual zeal, expositional preaching, virtuous character, and the life of the mind. A program of intensive investment, the MAP admits only four candidates per year. The program runs July 1–June 30. Applications open December 1. See the application packet for further details.
