Day School

Our Day School is a ministry of St. Andrew’s Church and is located at our Mount Pleasant campus.  The Day School partners with parents to provide an early childhood education while sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The school serves families with children from 12-months-old through Kindergarten.

Day School Registration

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year was held in January 2026.  At this time, we are forming waitlists for the 2026-2027 school year.

Our waitlists DO NOT roll over.  You’ll need to reapply for the 2026-2027 school year if you were waitlisted for the current school year.

We maintain a limited waitlist. If your child’s age group is not listed, it means our waitlist for their age group is at capacity. We will review the waitlist on April 1, June 1 and August 1 and add waitlist slots as available on these dates.

Applications will be placed on a waitlist in the order that they are received. This waitlist is formed following behind any waitlist from registration, if applicable.

Day School Summer Tour

Tuesday, June 30 – 10am.  Sign up HERE.  At this time, tour spots are reserved for families interested in attending the Day School for the ’26-27 school year. Tours ahead of the ’27-28 school year will begin in November 2026.

Day School Policies

By submitting an application to the Day School, you agree to the following policies:

Registration Policy:

Registration is open to all.

Priority Registration is open to returning students, church members, and siblings of current and former students.

During this week, placement will be made in the following order: (1) current students, (2) siblings of current students, (3) church members and (4) siblings of former students.

To retain priority status, applications must be returned by the stated deadlines (January 13-19). Returning students have highest priority and no other factors will be used to prioritize returning students.

Applications are not reviewed or placed in the order received, and submission time does not affect enrollment priority. If necessary, applications within each of the categories above will be entered into a lottery for placement.

General Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be held January 20-26, 2026.

All registrations received during General Registration, regardless of prior enrollment, are part of the General Registration lottery.

Applications during General Registration are not reviewed or placed in the order received, and submission time does not affect enrollment priority.  All General Registration applications are entered into a lottery to decide placement.

Applications received after registration has closed will be placed on a waitlist in the order that they are received. This waitlist will be formed following behind any waitlist from registration, if applicable.

All 3s, 4s, and K students must be potty trained.

Age group placement is based strictly on your child’s age as of September 1, 2026 unless previously approved by the director. Please do not choose age groups or classes outside of this correct placement.

Only select class options that you are willing to accept. If your child is placed in any class you selected, your child is considered enrolled and the registration fee is non-refundable. You are not required to list 3 class options.

Registration Fees:

Registration Fees are nonrefundable, unless no opening is available for your child.

• $225 for Priority Registration
• $250 for General Registration
  If there is no opening for your child, you will receive a $225 refund.
  The remining $25 is applied to the waitlist fee.
• $25 waitlist fee
  Anyone who applies for the waitlist after registration is closed will pay a nonrefundable fee of $25. If/when a spot becomes available, they will pay the remaining $225 nonrefundable registration fee.

Tuition Payment Policy:

Tuition may be paid annually or monthly.  Tuition payment information will be confirmed in June, and annual payments can be submitted at that time. If annual payments have not been paid by August 1, we will automatically begin monthly ACH debits from your bank account or charges to your debit/credit card.

Annual payments are due by August 1. A 3% discount is included for all annual payments that are paid before August 1.

Monthly payments are only accepted by ACH debit from your bank account, debit card or credit card. Monthly payments are drafted on 1st of every month or the next business day thereafter, August through April.

The tuition payment section of the registration must be completed and returned, regardless of tuition payment preference. If annual payments have not been paid by August 1, we will begin deducting/charging your child(ren)’s monthly tuition using your provided bank account, debit or credit card information.

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month. Payments that are declined or returned will incur a $35 late charge. If payment and late charge have not been received by the 15th of the month, the student’s placement at the school may be forfeited.

Withdrawal Policy:

If notice of withdrawal is given AFTER August 10 no tuition payments will be refunded.

Annual tuition paid in full will be prorated and refunded based on the number of monthly payments that remain in the year at the time of withdrawal.

Once the school year begins: A two week notice should be given in the event that you choose to withdraw from the program. If notice of withdrawal is given AND your child no longer attends school beginning the same day, you WILL NOT be responsible for any additional payments, even if a payment is due within your two week notice period. If notice of withdrawal is given AND your child continues to attend during the two week notice period, you WILL be responsible for any additional payments due within your two week notice period, if applicable.

We do not offer partial refunds of monthly tuition payments, regardless of the date of withdrawal.

Immunizations

Immunization Forms for each child must be on file no later than September 30, 2026.

For 3s, 4s and K: Optional Enrichment Program 12:30-1:00 Monday-Thursday

Toddlers:

Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – Noon
Optional Lunch Bunch Program Noon-12:30 Monday-Thursday, beginning Second Trimester
